Welcome Trunk or Treat Volunteers!

Thank you for being a part of making our Trunk or Treat amazing this year! Here are a few details you should know as we prepare to impact our community together!

If you do not have children going through the event, please be in your position by 12:30pm. We want to make sure the families that are serving will get the chance to experience the event before it opens.

If you do have children going through the event, register them and your entire family and be sure to get your VIP wristbands AND your Event Volunteer lanyard at kids check in if you don’t already have one. Be sure to tell the team that you are serving as you register at church. This will be your ticket to access the event early. You will also receive a card with Group # 100 on the front. This is your ticket to access the candy line (the area with the trunks) as soon as you get in.

Please have your entire party together in the Barn lobby by 12:45pm to enter the event early. That way you and your family can enjoy the event and then get in position to be ready when the event opens to the public at 1:30pm.

If you are decorating a trunk please park in the trunk circle when you arrive Sunday morning. You will be sent down the beginning of Silina (before the road closure sign) and onto the gravel road at the end of the Barn property.
